Strategic Implementation Advising
Selected work and founder experience
These examples describe SIA’s implementation work and Daniel Vidaud’s earlier engineering experience.
Healthcare administration and claims integration
Provider-side work included connecting administrative workflows with a payer’s claims-submission API. The task involved implementing the interface and working through testing with the payer’s technical team. Successful pilot transactions were confirmed in 2024.
This historical implementation experience informs MediCafe’s development within Project Cafecito. MediCafe’s current limited-pilot scope is described on the Cafecito page.
Cloud approvals and reporting
Work in an enterprise cloud environment included redesigning approval workflows and the reporting around them. Security review, delivery teams, and management needed usable ways to track requests and understand what was holding them up.
The implementation brought workflow tracking and operational reporting into that process, using tools including Azure DevOps, CloudHealth, and Power BI.
Manufacturing operations
Work in manufacturing settings included coordinating safety assessments, improving communication around quality, and redesigning workflows. This required translating operational priorities into changes that people could carry out in day-to-day work.
Aerospace engineering and program integration
Before focusing on SIA, Daniel worked at Boeing in propulsion, aerodynamics, structural analysis, and engineering-program integration.
On the 777X propulsion program, his work included coordinating a fire-seal system across multiple companies. Technical requirements, supplier dependencies, and delivery planning had to be resolved together. This is experience Daniel brings to SIA from his earlier engineering career.
