About SIA

Strategic Implementation Advising, LLC was founded by Daniel Vidaud in 2017. The company brings engineering and organizational experience to implementation work, including program delivery, operational processes, and software integration.

Project Cafecito sits within SIA as its technology research arm. It provides a place to develop tools and investigate questions that emerge from practical work.

Daniel Vidaud

Daniel’s background combines aerospace engineering, organizational leadership, and change management. At Boeing, he worked in propulsion, aerodynamics, structural analysis, and engineering-program integration. His later work has included cloud governance, manufacturing operations, and healthcare administration.

He has also taught programming and engineering and contributed to materials research. He holds a BSE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MA in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Change Management from City University of Seattle.

Work being developed in Japan

Daniel Vidaud also owns 美凪合同会社 (Mina), through which he is developing work in Osaka. SIA and Mina each contract for and are responsible for their own work.
