Strategic Implementation Advising
Project Cafecito
Project Cafecito is SIA’s technology research arm, developed by Daniel Vidaud and Soumit Salman Rahman. Its work includes investigating recurring problems, building software, testing its use, and retaining methods that can be applied again.
Project Cafecito includes public products, experiments, and limited pilots. Each product’s release status and scope determine its suitability for a particular use.
Beans
Beans helps developers and researchers find news and blog material through a browser application, an API, and MCP access. It provides search and filtering so source material can be brought into a research tool, monitoring workflow, or another application.
Explore BeansEspresso
Espresso supports research and market monitoring through an API, MCP access, and written publications. It separates recorded developments from generated interpretations and provides links to supporting context where available.
Generated interpretations can contain errors or omit context. Consequential conclusions need to be checked against the available sources.

MediCafe is a medical-billing workspace in limited pilot. The work focuses on making the steps in a billing workflow easier to follow and review, including source intake, corrections, operator approval, and claim assembly.
The current pilot foundation uses synthetic data and simulated claim delivery. It is being developed to examine how these steps fit together and how uncertain outcomes should be handled.
